핼러윈 계약은 핼러윈 행사 기간 동안 계약기를 통해 수행할 수 있는 계약의 일종입니다. 계약은 스크림 포트리스 2017 행사를 통해 도입되었으며 추후에 핼러윈 행사까지 확장되었습니다. 핼러윈 계약은 파이로 계약과 비슷하게 모든 유저들이 무료로 수행할 수 있으나 행사 기간이라는 한정된 시간 동안만 활성화됩니다. 핼러윈 계약은 Friendly-Fire 시스템을 이용해 친구를 통한 계약 달성이 가능합니다.

핼러윈 계약은 계약기를 통해 안내 받기·선택하기·진행하기·활성화를 할 수 있으며, 계약 달성 후 제출을 하면 고풍스러운 핼러윈 선물 가마솥이나 핼러윈 선물 가마솥과 같이 과거 업데이트로 추가된 핼러윈 제한 아이템이 나오는 액션 아이템인 핼러윈 묶음을 얻을 수 있습니다. 핼러윈 제한 아이템은 거래 불가 및 판매 불가이기 때문에, 커뮤니티 장터에 판매가 불가능하며 거래를 하는것도 불가능합니다. 또한, 계약 달성 후 이를 제출하면 핼러윈 계약이 영혼 가고일에 있는 메라'임무'스를 완료한 것으로 집계됩니다.

스크림 포트리스 계약을 진행할때, 플레이어는 계약을 진행할 보스, 공식맵, 그리고 커뮤니티 맵을 선택할 수 있고 보스 계약은 게임에 추가된 순서인 말도 없고 머리도 없는 기만병, 모노큘러스, 메라즈무스 순서로 진행이 가능합니다. 보스 맵 계약도 첫 번째 공식 맵 계약인 행사용 Harvest에서 보스가 게임에 추가된 순서로 진행이 가능합니다. 반면, 가장 늦게 추가된 공식 핼러윈 맵 2개의 계약은 처음부터 진행이 가능합니다. 커뮤니티 맵은 출시된 해에 따라 분류되어 있으며, 각 분류 내에서는 알파벳 순서대로 진행이 가능합니다.

전략

• 예의를 갖출것: Don't greedily pick up Crumpkins if some other player needs them for Contracts (or the Candy Coroner achievement) or can make better tactical use of them.
• 효율을 높일것: If there is a Bonus Objective that a player can accomplish reasonably quickly (there are several in the Halloween set), the souls collected while focusing on that Bonus first can simultaneously completely fulfill the Primary Objective.
• 계획을 세울것: It is possible to turn in all Halloween Contracts in the set by completing only one Objective per Halloween Contract; however, once a last Star has been used to activate a Halloween Contract, at least one Objective must be completed and turned on that Contract before activating any other. Turning in a few extra Bonus Objectives gives more flexibility in queuing up for maps.
• 무앙 무아앙 무-무 무앙 무무앙! Several Halloween Contracts have a Bonus Objective of collecting Halloween pumpkins, with enough souls collectible in the effort to complete the Primary Objective at the same time.
  • The Spyro technique (augmented with the Powerjack for flanking) is particularly effective at this, both creating and immediately picking up the pumpkins.
  • Alternatively, discharging an Mmmph into an enemy crowd can easily drop one or more Crumpkins, which can be quickly picked up to continue the crit-kill spree (if you survive).
  • Follow the Boss around during a truce; Boss kills have a much higher rate of dropping Halloween pumpkins.
• 이리와, 크럼프킬이다! To score Crumpkin kills, the Spy, Scout, or Pyro can set up rear ambushes on multiple players that are close to each other, picking up any Halloween pumpkin that drops from the first kill to kill the others nearby. Look for narrow passages from the enemy spawn or for pushes on a KOTH Capture point for group ambushes.
• 그거 알어? 넌 하나도 안 무서워, 넌 그냥 이상한 놈이야. The Boss contracts are completed simply by playing one entire round, from Setup time to completely through Humiliation, in which the player contributed to the defeat of the Boss.
• 내가 하면 다 쉬워 보이지! If the player's objective is to complete only a few easy Bonus Objectives, then "Escape from Loot Island" (Eyeaduct) and "Stun Merasmus with a Bomb Head" (Ghost Fort) are high-scoring, easy actions that can be done many times in a round, rapidly completing both the Bonus and Primary Objective.
  • Deposit Soul/Gib Objectives can be easily completed before the Primary Objective is completed.
• And these bodies. Do they have to be under the circus? Picking up a Soul Gargoyle adds 10 Contract Points all at once to the Primary Objective of the active Halloween Contract!

버그

Bugs affecting and significantly accelerating Contract completion:

• In the Pit of Death Contract, dropping a soul counts identically to picking one up; so, dropping and picking up souls repeatedly counts rapidly towards the Collect haunted souls Bonus Objective.
• In the Harvest Event Contract, killing a player with a weapon that causes stun (such as the Natascha, Loose Cannon) counts as killing a player scared by a ghost.
