Backcountry Blaster Scattergun
Civilian Grade Scattergun (Field-Tested)

Ha ha ha ha! No.
Saxton Hale, when replying to Mrs. Pauling if they will get new weapons.

Decorated quality is the item quality assigned to items which can be completing contracts, or unboxed from cases purchased from the Mann Co. Store. This quality has multiple sub-types, such as Civilian, Freelance, Mercenary, and Commander. It also has a visual quality, which progresses as Factory-New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with each getting progressivly more worn and damaged.
