The Shotgun is a weapon in the classic Team Fortress games. It fires a very tight cluster of pellets and uses one shell per shot. It has a very fast reload time. While it is a pump Shotgun, the weapon's fire rate is so fast that the player doesn't need to pump the gun between shots. It is used by the Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy and Medic.

Damage

4 per pellet and 22 if all pellets connect.

The Shotgun has damage falloff in Quake Team Fortress, but does not in Team Fortress Classic.
