The Super Nailgun is a weapon for the Medic. It is an automatic weapon that fires powerful nails at a moderate firing rate.

Compared to the regular nailgun, the Super Nailgun deals slightly more damage, and consumes twice as many nails per shot (this amount varies depending on the game; the Team Fortress variant consumes 4 nails per shot, while the Team Fortress Classic variant consumes two). Despite the additional damage, however, it should generally not be used to kill except as a weapon of last resort.

Because it has a constant stream of damage, it is an ideal anti-Sentry Gun weapon.
