Decorated quality is the item quality assigned to items which can be obtained by completing contracts, or unboxed from weapon cases. This quality has multiple sub-types, such as Civilian, Freelance, Mercenary, and Commander. It also has a visual quality, which progresses as Factory-New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with each getting progressively more worn and damaged.
