A Secret Saxton is a purchasable gift that, when used, gives a random gift to one random player on the same server as the user. The name is likely a play on the popular practice of Template:W, which involves people pooling up wrapped, unmarked gifts, then randomly distributing them amongst themselves.
Description
A Secret Saxton is not tradable and not craftable, as it can only be acquired through the Mann Co. Store. By using it, a random item is given to a random player in the current server, a notification is displayed to all players in the server, and applause and cheers can be heard. The gift will drop on the receipient's next death.
A Secret Saxton is used by either pressing the Use button in the Backpack, or by being placed in the Action Slot of the player's class loadout, followed by pressing the "Use Item in Action Slot" key (default: 'H').
It is possible to simply join a server with just one other player, in order to guarantee that they receive the gift. It is not possible, however, for you to receive the gift yourself.

Items acquired through the Secret Saxton will be marked as gifts from the user and timestamped with the receipt time and date. Any item normally found by drop (like weapons, hats and a few action items) are possible to be found within a gift. All gifts received are currently tradable and craftable. You cannot find unusual hats from the Secret Saxton.
