The EMP Grenade is a scrapped grenade weapon that would have been used by the Engineer. It was supposed to act like its Team Fortress and Team Fortress Classic counterpart, taking away all of the ammo of an enemy within the grenade's blast range. The EMP Grenade was cut from the game due to Valve's final decision to leave grenades out of Team Fortress 2 entirely.
