The Noise Maker is a tool that was introduced during the Scream Fortress update. When equipped in an action slot and used, a noise is played to all the other players on a server. Each Noise Maker (except for the Stabby Noise Maker) has 3 unique sounds that will randomly play when used. They could only be purchased from the Mann Co. Store during the Scream Fortress event. There are nine Noise Makers, including one which was unused. Each Noise Maker can be used 25 times before it is removed from the Backpack.

- Fixed seeing a badge on the player when a noisemaker is equipped.
