The Bonk'n'Flash was a scrapped community-created headwear item for the Scout. It is a latex head covering styled after the mask worn by the DC Comics superhero Template:W, who had the ability to move at superhuman speeds.
A texture for this item was found within Team Fortress 2's GCF files following the Mann-Conomy Update's release, which has since been removed because of copyright concerns[1].
