The Enchantment: Eternaween is a single-use tool item represented by a blood splattered spellbook, a plain pumpkin, and a Pumpkin bomb sitting atop a stone block. It can be used to enable the use of Halloween/Full Moon restricted items on a registered server for two hours, though the effect only activates after a successful vote. The item is consumed after the effect elapses. Voting must be enabled on servers for the tool to activate.

Successfully passing a vote triggers voice lines from Merasmus.

Players who pre-ordered Alien: Isolation on Steam before October 7th, 2014 were granted two of these items in Unique quality.
