The Second Workshop Content Pack was the in-game release of several items that were selected by Valve for outstanding quality through the Steam Workshop and resubmitted using new item importing system. Released with the June 13, 2013 Patch, the update added a total of 10 new Cosmetics. They were available via opening Summer Appetizer Crates with their special Summer Appetizer Keys after the July 2, 2013 Patch.
