The Scout

The Horrific Headsplitter is an all class hat released with the 2010 Scream Fortress update. It appears as a cleaver embedded in the class's skull with blood pouring from the wound. It can be purchased from the Mann Co. Store with no deadline. It also has a 1 in 4 chance of being crafted if an Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap is used alongside 4 Refined Metal. This hat was contributed by Treythepunkid.[[1]]
