The Never Forget Hat is a cosmetic item for all classes. It is a grey and blue cap with an emblem on the front commemorating Poopy Joe, spokesmonkey for Mannanas brand bananas and monkeynaut, who died during a terrible rocket accident.
Although present in the item schema, it is currently unavailable in-game.
