The Medic

The Operation Two Cities Badge is a cosmetic item for all classes. It is a large gray disk featuring Archimedes, complete with blood splatters on his chest and face, perched on a laurel with a five-pointed star, from which a shield adorned with the Medic's class emblem hangs on a chain.

This item is awarded to players when they complete their first mission of the "Operation Two Cities" Tour of Duty in Mann Up mode. It tracks a player's progress through the various Mann vs. Machine missions. The badge's level increases based on the number of Tours completed.
