The Physician's Procedure Mask is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic, and was chosen by Valve to be released with the first wave of community-contributed content due to its outstanding quality. It appears as a slightly red-white or blue surgeon's mask with the Medic's logo on the front.
The mask description was written by AgentJAK for the Hat Describing Contest.

Update history
