The Shogun Pack is a collection of nine promotional items (four hats, four weapons and a Noise Maker) for Team Fortress 2, and was awarded to players who pre-ordered Total War: SHOGUN 2 on Steam before March 15, 2011. The items themselves are also available for purchase from the Mann Co. Store, are craftable, and are dropped. Items received through the SHOGUN 2 pre-order promotion have Genuine quality. Store-bought, dropped and crafted versions all have normal quality. The descriptions of each Shogun Pack item are presented in Template:W form.

The items included in the pack are:

  • Concheror - Secondary slot accessory for Soldier (Buffs teammates and some damage caused by teammates comes back as healing)
  • Noh Mercy - A Japanese-style demon mask worn by the Spy
  • Fan O'War - Melee slot weapon for Scout (-90% damage done, On hit: Causes all damage taken to be mini-crits. Note: Can only be used on one target)
  • Conniver's Kunai - Melee slot weapon for Spy (-65 health, On hit: Absorbs the health from your victim)
  • Half-Zatoichi - Melee slot weapon for the Soldier and Demoman (On Kill: 100% Health, Cannot switch weapons until target is killed)
  • Dread Knot - Heavy headwear item resembling a common hairstyle worn by sumo wrestlers
  • Samur-Eye - Demoman hat similar to the Killer's Kabuto worn by the Soldier.
  • Geisha Boy - Geisha hair worn by the Medic.
  • Noise Maker - Koto - A new Noise Maker that features an Oriental chime sound
