The Tartantaloons are a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Demoman. It is a pair of wide team-colored trews with dark team-colored lines running the length and fringes at the ends.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-ordered Total War: ROME II on Steam before September 3, 2013.
The Tartantaloons were later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
