*Fan speculation for a long time was that, due to the low resolution of the skin of the Revolver, the symbol on Revolver's handle was actually the Rebel Alliance symbol from Star Wars. On closer inspection, the symbol is in fact an eagle or large bird with its wings spread open.

You got blood on my suit!
The Spy on the location of your blood

The Revolver is the primary weapon of the Spy class. It is a typical six-shooter Revolver.

This weapon is fairly accurate and deals moderate damage with some damage falloff with distance (Crits do not suffer from damage falloff). As the Spy's only ranged weapon, players will have to rely on the Revolver to fend off enemies at a distance. It also serves as a backup plan for failed backstab attempts.

Like the SMG and the Pistol, the Revolver fires a single, perfectly-accurate shot before 'bullet-spread' takes effect, provided the player has waited 1.25 seconds since their last shot. Using the Revolver in conjunction with the Spy's ability to see enemy players' health allows you to target and pick off weakened enemies with ease.
