The Demoman on stickybomb bombardment

The Quickiebomb Launcher is a community-created secondary weapon for the Demoman. It is a black, sleek stickybomb launcher with a belt covering the bottom of the magazine.

The stickybombs fired by this weapon are spiked, with glowing team-colored sections. They are armed 0.2 seconds more quickly, making them detonatable after roughly half a second and optimizing them for quick in-combat detonations (or "airbursting"). Additionally, due to a 50% increase in charge rate, the charge meter is filled up after only two seconds instead of four. The stickybombs are also able to destroy enemy stickybombs, similar to the Scottish Resistance.

As for downsides, the Quickiebomb Launcher has a 25% smaller clip size (loading only 6 bombs at a time), and its stickybombs deal 15% less damage. In addition, while there may still be up to 8 stickybombs active at once, they each vanish 2 seconds after landing on a surface; as a result, long-term sticky traps are impossible, and even short-term ones can practically contain no more than 3-4 bombs.

The Quickiebomb Launcher was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Kingmaker".
