Hit the road, bozo! Let a real Scout get to work!
The Scout on his transportation experience

The Prohibition Paperboy is an unlockable primary weapon for the Scout. It is a duffel bag storing several weapons and has cash hastily stuffed in it.

Equipping this bag allows the player to equip and have out two different secondary weapons. Upon spawning, the player is placed in an interface where they can choose which two weapons they want to use at the same time. The weapon that goes into the Scout's right hand is activated with primary fire (default key: MOUSE1), and the weapon that goes into the Scout's left hand is activated with alt-fire (default key: MOUSE2). The only way to change the weapons used is to go to a Resupply Locker.

With the Prohibition Paperboy equipped, one can sprint into battle using both their weapons at the same time, as long as the secondary slot is active. This allows Scouts to potentially deal double damage to targets with both their Pistols or support their shots with one of the Scout's many utility secondary items or drinks. Note that though any combination is possible, not all of them will be particularly useful. Equipping both the Bonk! Atomic Punch and the Crit-a-Cola will leave the Scout nearly defenseless and equipping two from Mad Milk, the Flying Guillotine or the X-Flinguisher will force the Scout to have to constantly wait for his weapons to recharge.

The two secondary weapons that the Scout can use must be weapons that the player has in their Backpack. Also, the same weapon cannot be used twice; even if multiple instances of them are found in the Backpack.

The Prohibition Paperboy also increases the maximum amount of ammo for the weapons chosen by 200%. This even applies to the Scout's consumables weapons - equipping Mad Milk, for example, will allow the player to throw 3 in a row before recharging. Furthermore, consumable weapons and items recharge 50% faster, encouraging the player to equip both a pistol and one of the Scout's utility-oriented secondaries. In fact, the X-Flinguisher can only be used to the fullest by equipping it with another Pistol.

Equipping the bag gives 20 extra max health on the wearer, which aids the player in direct combat as fights will tend to be against the Scout without his reliable burst damage Scatterguns.

The Prohibition Paperboy is automatically given to any player who obtains 4 Elementary Scout Achievements.
