Preposterous!
The Spy on the Maul's design

The Maul is a promotional melee weapon for the Pyro. It is a "Red Faction inspired hammer,"[1] modeled after the sledgehammer from Red Faction: Armageddon.

Statistically, the Maul functions identically to the Homewrecker.

This weapon was awarded with Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Red Faction: Armageddon by June 6, 2011.[1]
