Dynamite is a symmetrical community-created Tug of War map released during the Scream Fortress 2024 update. It is set in an actively burning mining town.
The map is largely open, allowing players to travel over the majority of buildings. When killing an enemy player, there is a small chance they will drop a Jump Spell, taking the form of a pair of dark brown boots that emit arcane purple sparkles, which allow classes with limited mobility to scale said buildings. Due to most of the roofs of the buildings having active fires atop them, however, players rapidly take damage while standing on any rooftop.
Dynamite was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Gameplay
At the beginning of the match, both teams must attempt to capture the central control point, similar to King of the Hill. After the point has been captured, it functions similar to a Payload cart for the team in control, to which they begin to push it towards the opposing team's checkpoint. Upon reaching the checkpoint, the controlling team's two-minute round timer begins to count down so long as it stays at the checkpoint, with victory achieved when the timer reaches zero. The opposing team cannot begin to push the cart back until they "capture" it from the controlling team. The cart emits a ticking sound throughout the course of the round.
Locations
Dynamite features a symmetrical layout, with locations mirrored for both sides of the map.
- Mann Brothers' Residence: The spawn points for both teams. A ramp leading away from the spawn may occasionally activate and be used to launch players towards their team's respective cart checkpoint.
- Ale Houses: Buildings between each team's spawn and cart checkpoint. Both contain a small health and medium ammo kit, as well as a small ammo kit behind some boxes, and large health and ammo kits outside of the building. To the right side is a staircase leading to the second floor battlements.
- 'Battery / Magnet' Buildings: Buildings that lead towards the center of the map, where the cart begins. Outside of both buildings are medium health and ammo kits.
- Central Bridge: The location of the capture point, and starting position of the cart. Several health and ammo kits of varying sizes surround this area, with a large ammo kit contained in a small room underneath the bridge.
- Railroad Cars: The checkpoints for each respective team that they must push the cart to in order to win. A small shed next to both checkpoints contains a small ammo kit.
