Hey, look at me, look at me!
The Scout on his new badges

The Flair! is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a set of small badges and can be sprayed with the Decal Tool. The backpack icon shows BLU and RED team logos, a picture of Saxton Hale's face, and the Team Fortress 2 logo. Each class wears the set of badges in a different fashion, with some badges being worn more than once, and others varying in size.

The Flair! was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
