The Demoman to a non-samurai

The Bushi-Dou is a cosmetic item for the Demoman. The Bushi-Dou adds black traditional Japanese samurai armor on top of the Demoman's normal clothing while his grenades and ammo pack remain on top of the armor.

The Bushi-Dou was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.
