However, the glove appears to be a glove for the right hand, with slight moulding for the fingers indicating that it cannot be turned upside down, and the Engineer is missing his left glove, not his right, however this might also be where the engineer's glove went after he installed the [[Gunslinger]] on his right hand.

The Soldier to the Pyro

The Respectless Rubber Glove is an unlockable headwear item for the Pyro. It appears as a limp, yellow and gray rubber glove which, when worn on the Pyro's head, resembles a cock's comb.

Trivia

  • The rubber glove's yellow and gray pattern looks remarkably like the Engineer's work glove. Perhaps we now know what happened to the other glove. However, the glove appears to be a glove for the right hand, with slight moulding for the fingers indicating that it cannot be turned upside down, and the Engineer is missing his left glove, not his right, however this might also be where the engineer's glove went after he installed the Gunslinger on his right hand.
  • The glove gives the Pyro a striking resemblance to 'Feathers McGraw', a criminal mastermind and character from the Wallace and Gromit claymation series episode "The Wrong Trousers." Feathers, a penguin, also used a rubber glove to pretend to be a chicken, albeit briefly.
  • The hat possesses "jiggle bones", this means the fingers can "jiggle" as the Pyro moves. This was the first official hat to receive this ability.
