Itsy Bitsy Spyer is a community-created Miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It is a Template:W, fashioned in the likeness of the Spy, but having the color of the opposite team. A yellow pin is sticking out of the Spy's chest, where his heart should be, and two more are fastened in a team-colored strap to the ammo pouch it nestles in. The Spy's "face" is a piece of skin colored cloth, which is attached to the "head" by a pair of black buttons.
Itsy Bitsy Spyer was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Stitched Saboteur".
