Itsy Bitsy Spyer is a community-created Miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It is a Template:W fashioned in the likeness of the opposing team's Spy. The doll rests in the Engineer's ammo pouch, which has two yellow pins fastened to it by an enemy team-colored strap. A third pin is sticking out of the Spy's left lung. The Spy's face consists of a piece of skin colored cloth, which is attached to the head by a pair of black buttons.

Itsy Bitsy Spyer was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Stitched Saboteur".
