The Scourge of the Sky is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It replaces his coat with a uniform reminiscent of German fighter pilots from World War I, topped with a fur-collared winter coat. It also adds a belt with a loop that is the emblem of "Team Fortress 2", and is the team-colored.
The Scourge of the Sky was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The Medic's class emblem under the uniforms collar, is a play on the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, a medal awarded to military forces of Nazi Germany during World War II.
