The Honcho's Headgear is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It is a black peaked cap with a team-colored ribbon embossed with the Soldier's class icon in black and gold, and a pair of aviator sunglasses.

Bugs
- Sometimes, the lens on the sunglasses do not appear, and the Soldier's eyes can be seen.
Trivia
- Often mistaken as a Spanish term, the word "honcho" originated during World War II and is derived from a Japanese title, hanchō, for a military squad leader. It means a foreman or a person who exercises control over workers.
- This item is based on the hat and glasses worn by General MacArthur, head of command in the Pacific during World War II.
