The Rebel Rouser is a community-created hat for the Soldier. It is a stylized version of a standard issue kepi used by both the Union and the Confederacy during the American Civil War. In addition, you can see two crossed, golden shotguns on the front side.
The Rebel Rouser was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Ol' Jack".
