The Diplomat is a community-made Cosmetic item for the Soldier that replaces his default shoulders with paintable, gold lapels and similarly fashioned cuffs, this item occupies the same equip region as the Fancy Dress Uniform.
The Diplomat was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.
