Trivia
- Connoisseur is derived from the Middle French word Connaisseur, meaning "to be acquainted with". It is often used to describe a person who has a great deal of knowledge about the fine arts, or an expert judge in matters of taste. It is commonly used to refer to a professional chef.
- The description refers to the popular cooking contest Iron Chef, namely its gimmick of a "secret theme ingredient" that the chefs must incorporate into all of their dishes, which they present to the judges.
