Trivia
- The Sergeant's Drill Hat resembles the one worn by Sergeant Hartman in the film Template:W, which the description references. Gerre has stated in an interview that he made the Sergeant's Drill Hat for the Soldier because of how well it fit his personality; both the Soldier and Sergeant Hartman yell at and degrade the men under their command.
- A team colored version of this hat was released by the creator for download, but the green variation was accepted by Valve through the Contribute page.[1]
