The Bootie Time is a community-made miscellaneous item for the Scout. It appears as a set of green elf boots and wristbands with small Template:W attached.
When equipped, the Scout's footstep noise is changed to add soft jingling sound.
The Bootie Time was a contribution to the Steam Workshop.
