The Scourge of the Sky is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a team-colored World War I era German fighter pilot's double-breasted uniform with paintable trim and a belt buckle emblazoned with the Team Fortress logo. It also adds thick fur collar to Medic's default coat.
The Scourge of the Sky was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- "The Scourge of the Skies" was a nickname given to Manfred von Richthofen, aka The Red Baron, who fought with the German Air Force during World War I.
- The paintable Medic class emblem below his collar is known as a necklet, a type of decoration designed to be worn around the neck, rather than hung from the chest.
