The Cold Blooded Coat is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a team-colored overcoat with three buttons, dark borders, epaulets, two pockets around the waist, and white fur wrists and lapels worn over the Spy's suit.
The Cold Blooded Coat was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
