It consists of a light brown paintable side cap that replaces the Soldier's default helmet and covers his eyes, and a thick and sharp black mustache which covers the Soldier's upper lip. An insignia in a form of black eagle on an orange background can be seen on the front of the cap.
The Screamin' Eagle was originally contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Scalper's Cap", but it was re-uploaded for the End of the Line Update.
