The Vampire Vanquisher is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It gives him short blonde hair with a spiked metal circlet on top, covering his eyes.
The Vampire Vanquisher was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Vampire Vanquisher v2".
