I am big war hero!
The Heavy on being a decorated general

The Commissar's Coat is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a dark brownish-grey and team-tinted, double-breasted general's coat, adorned with team-colored epaulettes, armbands and a dress shirt and tie worn underneath. The coat is crumpled somewhat over the ammo pouch on the Heavy's hip.

The Commissar's Coat was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
