Update history
September 30, 2010 Patch (Mann-Conomy Update)
- Added the Handyman's Handle to the game.
- Handyman's Handle was improved with a new model and texture by the original author.
- [Undocumented] Handyman's Handle was added to the Mann Co. Store.
Trivia
- Plungers worn on the head are an old-fashioned comedic reference to insanity or lack of intelligence.
- The wooden handle wasn't snapped off originally; it was broken later to reduce the height of the hat. The original texture still reflects this.
