I am big war hero!
The Heavy on being a decorated general

The Commissar's Coat is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a dark brownish-grey and team-tinted, double-breasted general's coat, adorned with team-colored epaulettes, armbands and a dress shirt and tie worn underneath. The coat is crumpled somewhat over the ammo pouch on the Heavy's hip.

This item has two styles, named "Bullets" and "No Bullets". The "Bullets" style keeps the Heavy's default ammo belt, while the "No Bullets" style removes it.

The Commissar's Coat was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
