The Power Spike is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives him a spiky, upwards facing hairstyle.
This item has two styles, named "Supercharged" and "Grounded". The "Supercharged" style makes his hair, eyebrows, and eyes glow with team-colored energy, while the "Grounded" style gives his hair and eyebrows a solid colour and keeps his eyes normal.
The Power Spike was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
