The Spy

The Noh Mercy is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a team-colored traditional Oni mask. The Spy's cigarette sticks sideways out of its mouth, wedged between two teeth.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Total War: SHOGUN 2 on Steam before March 15, 2011.

  • Oni (鬼) are creatures in Japanese folklore, normally taking the role as demons, devils, ogres or trolls.
  • The name of this item is a portmanteau on the words Noh, referencing Japanese plays and this mask, and No Mercy.
