The Chief Constable is a promotional cosmetic item for the Soldier. It is a peaked cap, resembling a British police sergeant's hat, with a silver eagle medal adorned in the middle and a team-colored checker pattern banding the width of the hat.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Hitman: Absolution on Steam before November 19th, 2012.
The Chief Constable was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
