Foster's Facade is a promotional item for the Pyro. It is a white fabric gas mask previously worn by Mr. Foster, a character from the game Killing Floor.
This hat, along with the Stockbroker's Scarf, was obtainable for players who either already owned Killing Floor or purchased the game from December 14, 2010 to January 4, 2011 during the Killing Floor Twisted Christmas Event.[1] Those that purchased the game before noon PST on December 14, 2010 received Vintage versions.
